Analysis of Pattern and Management of Mandibular Fracture in Children by Salman Shams in Open Access Journal of Biomedical Science

 

Introduction: Mandibular fracture relatively less frequent in children when compared to adults, which may be due to the child’s protected anatomic features and infrequent exposure of children to road traffic accidents. Mandibular fracture occurs in children mostly green stick fracture. Objectives: To assess the pattern of mandibular fracture in children and to compare the treatment results of two techniques (Conservative and IMF).
