Aesthetic Restorations in Anterior Teeth Using CAD/CAM Technology: Case Report by Delal Bozyel* in Open Access Journal of Biomedical Science (OAJBS) Aesthetic rehabilitations hold a great place in prosthetic dentistry. The materials chosen and the techniques used during the treatment procedure are as important as the importance given to the appearance. Together with the developing technology, the restorations produced with the CAD/CAM systems provide a great convenience for both the patients and the dentist. In this case report, the provision of new crowns manufactured by using CAD/CAM system in the anterior region to replace the old composite restorations is presented. Within this case, it was planned to fabricate crowns by using feldspathic ceramics. The final restorations have shown satisfactory results in terms of aesthetics and function. https://biomedscis.com/fulltext/aesthetic-restorations-in-anterior-teeth-using-cad-cam-technology-case-report.ID.000274.php To Know More Ab

New Rhizobial Bacteria of the Genus Sinorhizobium Fredii Entering Symbiosis with Soybean Plants by Bakhtiyor Umarov* in Open Access Journal of Biomedical Science (OAJBS) For the first time in the soils of the Tashkent region were isolated fast growing types of nodule bacteria of the genus Sinorhizobium fredii from the soybean plants. Were studied of symbiotic properties of isolated microorganisms in sterile conditions with soybean plants. In the genome of the isolated strains was found from 2 to 3 mega plasmids related only to these types of bacteria. https://biomedscis.com/fulltext/new-rhizobial-bacteria-of-the-genus-sinorhizobium-fredii-entering-symbiosis-with-soybean-plants.ID.000273.php To Know More About Open Access Journal of Biomedical Science Please Visit: Biomedscis Are Click on:   https://Biomedscis.Com/

Preparation of Raw Hams, Comparison of Texture, Colour, Moisture and A w by R Letelier* in Open Access Journal of Biomedical Science (OAJBS) Raw ham embodies an ancient culinary preparation, which is a way of preserving meat by salting and subsequent drying. In Chile, the demand for cured ham has been on the rise recently, which is why there has been a growing interest in taking advantage of the characteristics of naturally reared pigs and producing cured ham artisanal to give greater added value to the production. This work produced this product and evaluated its physical characteristics. The raw material was obtained from pasture-raised pigs. Five left legs salted with sodium chloride (Treatment A) and five right legs salted with a mixture of sodium chloride and potassium chloride (Treatment B) were used. The data obtained were compared with pork (control) and a commercial ham. The weight of the legs was measured weekly, obtaining a final weight loss of 6.81±0.35kg for treatment A

Update on Gene Therapy as an Antineoplastic Alternative by Carlos Miguel Campos Sanchez* in Open Access Journal of Biomedical Science (OAJBS) The 21 st century has revolutionized medicine and with it the emergence of new treatment trends and the improvement of others not so new where gene therapy is found; an alternative that is gaining space in the profiles of cancer therapy. With the aim of describing the main characteristics of gene modification techniques and their use in cancer treatment or as an adjuvant in traditional treatments, 35 bibliographic references were reviewed where it was pointed out that: even though cancer is a monogenic disease, it is one of the main targets for this practice. The main techniques are aimed at strengthening our body and promoting neoplastic self-destruction in different ways. Gene therapy is an antineoplastic alternative that, although it is not a cure, promises to obtain very good results in the future. https://biomedscis.com/fulltext/update-on

Cervical Castleman’s Disease Associated with Nodular Goiter: A Case Report by Gang Li* in Open Access Journal of Biomedical Science (OAJBS)   Background: Castleman’s disease is a rare disorder of the lymphoid system characterized by noncancerous growths that may develop in lymph node tissues throughout the body. It is most common in the neck, mediastinum, and abdominal lymph nodes. Case Report: Here we describe a 40-year-old woman with asymptomatic cervical Castleman’s disease in the left thyroid gland, who was found to have nodular goiter and underwent therapeutic surgery to remove the mass. Conclusion: After the occurrence of this case, our clinician should not only master the diagnosis of common diseases, but also have an understanding of the clinical characteristics of rare diseases. https://biomedscis.com/fulltext/cervical-castlemans-disease-associated-with-nodular-goiter-a-case-report.ID.000270.php To Know More About Open Access Journal of Biomedical Science Please Visi
