He holds the position as Chairman of the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Gullas Medical Centre – University of the Visayas and a Consultant in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at St. Luke’s Medical Centre – Global City, Makati Medical Centre, University of Cebu Medical Centre, Chong Hua Hospital Group and Cancer Centre, Craniofacial Foundation of the Philippines, and other major hospitals in Cebu and Manila. Currently, he is the Vice President of the Philippine Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and a Clinical Assistant Professor of the Department of Oral Surgery and Oral Medicine at Cebu Doctors’ University and an Honorary Consultant in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Cebu Doctors’ University Hospital. He was appointed as the International Relations Officer for the Philippines of the Young Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon Group of Hong Kong and the Editor-in-Chief of the EMS Otolaryngology Journal and editor in various journals in Surgery, Otorhinolaryngology, Oral Health and Dentistry, and Research.

Facile Synthesis of Chitosan Nanoparticle with Different Features and Histopathological Ultrastructural Study on The Effect of Its Bio-complex with Bovine Serum Albumin in Mice Liver by Maged El-Kemary* in Open Access Journal of Biomedical Science (OAJBS)   We have synthesized chitosan nanoparticles (CS-NPs) with different characteristics using ionic gelation method. Results showed that the synthesized CS-NPs with different concentrations of trisodium polyphosphate (TPP) are irregular – spherical shaped with narrow size distribution and high stability. The microporous chitosan was also synthesized with new features characterized with different techniques as SEM, EDX, FTIR and BET.
